A: Currently, our membership and events are geared toward young women ages 14-25 and women 26+. We strive to create a safe and supportive intergenerational space for Black women to connect, collaborate, and empower each other in their personal and professional lives.

Our mission is to foster a sense of community and provide resources for personal and career growth, all while celebrating and amplifying the voices of Black women. Whether you're a college student, a young professional, or a seasoned veteran in your career, we welcome you to join us in our collective journey towards empowerment and success!
